I chose heirloom tomatoes with house mozzarella cheese, basil pesto and extra virgin olive oil for my first course. Delectable! I chose Maltagliati, which was fresh whole wheat pasta with Ragusa if beef and turkey garnished with Italian pasta. A fabulous dining experience!
