The Illinois Association of Family and Consumer Sciences sponsored a video challenge to their membership in conjunction with their annual conference on February 24th. Participants were asked to create a short video to promote the value of Family and Consumer Science in our schools and society.
The winning entry was submitted by FACS teacher, Emily Patterson. The video that Emily created is impactful, timely and persuasive! Look for the link to the video on our Facebook page. http://www.facebook.com/FreshFACS
I encourage you to share Emily’s video with your school administration, friends and family. It makes the case for FACS in a very powerful way!
